A private investment foundation registered and operated from the United Arab Emirates, dedicated to the long-term stewardship of capital across borders, asset classes and generations.
The Foundation exists to allocate, hold and grow capital globally — across jurisdictions, asset classes and economic cycles — with a long-term orientation, prudent diversification and generational continuity as its guiding principles.
Long-term allocation across global ETFs, publicly listed equities, sovereign bonds and private investment funds — across developed and emerging markets, held through institutional brokerage and custody relationships in major financial centres.
Direct and indirect ownership of operating businesses, held either in full or as significant participations. The Foundation acts as a long-horizon shareholder, oriented toward stewardship, capital efficiency and continuity of management.
Income-producing and residential real estate held in core jurisdictions. Selected for location quality, rule-of-law protection and resilience across cycles, rather than for opportunistic exposure.
The Foundation operates across four principal jurisdictions, selected for their institutional stability, regulatory clarity and long-term economic relevance.
The Foundation is administered by its Council in accordance with its internal governance documents, and operates under the supervision of a Registered Agent in the United Arab Emirates.
